Where We Ship

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes. Free shipping is available on most pin codes — any applicable shipping charge for your location is shown transparently at checkout before you pay.

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders are processed and dispatched within 3–4 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and another the moment it ships.

Delivery Timelines

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders toward the earlier end of this window, while remote pin codes may take the full duration.

We work with reliable third-party courier partners to deliver your order. While we do everything we can to ensure timely delivery, delivery dates are estimates and occasional delays can occur due to courier operations, weather, or circumstances beyond our control — particularly during festive seasons. If your order is significantly delayed, our team is always available to help track it down.

Order Tracking

The moment your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email or SMS so you can follow your parcel's journey in real time, right to your doorstep.

Cash on Delivery

COD is available on select pin codes across India — availability for your location is confirmed at checkout when you enter your pin code. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Packaging

Perfume bottles are fragile, and we pack them accordingly. Every order is bubble-wrapped, securely boxed and sealed to arrive in perfect condition. If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend recording a short unboxing video and contacting us right away at info@scentitude.in — damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. If a delivery fails due to an incomplete address or repeated unavailability, our team will contact you to arrange a reattempt.
