Return & Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Incorrect product was delivered.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- Product must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags.
- Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns/exchanges not applicable to:
- Opened or used items.
- Clearance or promotional sale products (unless defective).
3. How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our support team at info@scentitude.in with:
- Order ID
- Reason for return
- Photos of the defective or damaged item
Once approved, return instructions will be shared via email.
4. Exchange Process
- Subject to availability of requested product.
- If unavailable, you'll receive:
- A similar replacement
- Store credit or a refund (as preferred)
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds are initiated only after returned item passes quality checks.
- Processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
6. Return Shipping Charges
- We bear the cost for defective or damaged items.
- For all other cases, customer bears the return shipping fee.
