Return & Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges

  • Product is defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • Incorrect product was delivered.

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Product must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags.
  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns/exchanges not applicable to:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Clearance or promotional sale products (unless defective).

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please contact our support team at info@scentitude.in with:

  • Order ID
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the defective or damaged item

Once approved, return instructions will be shared via email.

4. Exchange Process

  • Subject to availability of requested product.
  • If unavailable, you'll receive:
    • A similar replacement
    • Store credit or a refund (as preferred)

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are initiated only after returned item passes quality checks.
  • Processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

6. Return Shipping Charges

  • We bear the cost for defective or damaged items.
  • For all other cases, customer bears the return shipping fee.
