1. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via secure third-party payment processors. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.
2. Is Cash on Delivery available for all orders?
Yes, COD is available across most pin codes in India.
3. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email or SMS. You can monitor your shipment's journey in real time.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days and typically delivered within 7–10 business days, depending on your location. We ship free of charge across India via reliable courier partners, and you'll receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order is on its way.
5. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free shipping on all orders across India.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within India.
7. Can I return or exchange a product?
We accept returns and exchanges if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery. The product must be unused, in its original condition with all packaging and tags, and the return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. To start a return, email us at info@scentitude.in with your Order ID, the reason for return, and photos of the item. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after the returned item passes our quality check. If you're unsure which fragrance suits you, we recommend starting with our Discovery Pack — four 10ml sprays to try before committing to a full bottle.
8. What is Extrait de Parfum, and how is it different from EDT or EDP?
Fragrance types differ mainly in concentration. An Eau de Toilette (EDT) typically contains 5–15% perfume oil, an Eau de Parfum (EDP) around 15–20%, and an Extrait de Parfum 20–35% — the most concentrated form. Higher concentration means a richer scent, longer wear on skin, and fewer sprays needed. Scentitude fragrances are crafted as high-concentration fine perfumes by global award-winning perfumers, designed to evolve on your skin through distinct top, heart and base notes.
9. How long does the fragrance last?
Our fragrances are formulated for long-lasting wear, though longevity varies with your skin type, the climate and where you apply, typically last for 8+ hours. Richer compositions like Red Gold (oud) and Lion (leather-woody) tend to wear the longest, while fresh aquatic scents like Greek God are designed to stay lively through warm, humid days. For best results, apply on moisturised skin at pulse points — wrists, neck and behind the ears.
10. How do I make my perfume last longer in Indian weather?
Apply on well-moisturised skin (fragrance binds better to skin oils), target pulse points, and avoid rubbing your wrists together after spraying — it breaks down the scent molecules. Store bottles away from direct sunlight and bathroom humidity. You can also layer complementary fragrances, like Greek God with Wood of Calm, to deepen the scent and extend its wear.
11. Who creates Scentitude perfumes?
Every Scentitude fragrance is composed by one of five global award-winning master perfumers — Kevin Mathys, Elise Pierre, Christian Provenzano, Angela Stavrevska and Santhosh Shinde. Scentitude is a brand by Aérome (Ivaana Ventures Pvt. Ltd.), bringing international perfumery craftsmanship to India.
12. What is the Discovery Pack?
The Discovery Pack is a set of four 10ml travel-size sprays that lets you experience our fragrances before committing to a full 100ml bottle. It's the perfect starting point if you're new to the brand, and it also makes an excellent gift.
13. How is Scentitude different from deodorants and body sprays?
Deodorants and body sprays contain very low fragrance concentration — often just 1–3% — and fade within a couple of hours. Scentitude fragrances are high-concentration fine perfumes composed by internationally awarded perfumers using premium ingredients, designed to unfold on your skin through top, heart and base notes over many hours.
14. Are your products unisex?
Yes. Most of our fragrances are designed to be unisex, unless mentioned otherwise in the product description.
